Dear Event Organiser,
The ECF office is currently collating information for the 2008/2009 Calendar of Events and the ECF Diary.

This form registers your event for Game Fee and/or Deemed Game Fee, if that registration has not already been done, and it gives information on all events e.g. for inclusion in the ECF Calendar of Events. One form must be filled in by each organisation that runs congresses or similar events.
It is necessary to list all known events up till the end of the calendar year 2009 which your organisation wishes to have listed on the Calendar and in the Diary, whatever the type of event. (If you need more forms please photocopy or contact the ECF office for further copies.)
It is very important to make sure that all details of officials are listed.
The information should be returned to the ECF by 7th May 2008 to ensure inclusion in the 2009 ECF Chess Player's Diary. All forms received after this date will of course be entered onto the Calendar of Events on the ECF Website.
