I know that a number of you have been dissatisfied lately with the response from the grading team. I apologise for this, this has been due to a number of factors but in particular two:
Firstly, Roger has been extremely busy at work recently and therefore hasn't had much time for grading. This work pressure should end on the 1st March. Roger promises to catch up during March.
Secondly, I have been out of the country and while away have not had access to email. I expect to solve my problems of email access during the next ten days.
If any of you are delayed awaiting player or event codes please bear with us. We will not penalise an event regarding the submission deadlines where we have been at fault.
