The British Rapidplay Championships 2004 took place on November 13/14th at North Bridge Leisure Centre, Halifax, West Yorkshire. Live games were transmitted on the web. With about 350 entrants in all events, things came to a finale with Slough's Nicholas Pert dethroning Peter Wells to become The Open Champion. The event was a success.
