Herewith the schedule of Senior events taking place in the next 8 months.

European Senior Individual Championship
5 to 13 August
Davos, Switzerland Michael Macdonald-Ross has expressed interest in playing
in this event. 13 GMs out of 129 contestants so far entered. Note, the altitude
may prove uncomfortable for some.
Smith &
Williamson British Senior Championship 12 to 18 August
Swansea 31 players have entered this event
World Senior Championship 11 to 22 September
Arvier, Italy Bob Wade has expressed interest in playing in this event. This
tends to be weaker at the bottom than the European event.

Dresden
I expect everything will be the same as for previous years. This has become
very popular with the British players and 22 in 5 teams went this year. It is
probable that all members of a team will be required to be from the same federation
in 2007.
