Challengers all play all is open to players rated over 1900. Players will be placed in groups of approximately equal strength. The winner of each challengers section will qualify for the next Masters event free of charge.
The Major is open to all players rated below 2000 (or graded below 165 ECF) who want to play 9 competitive FIDE rated games of chess in a friendly atmosphere with the opportunity to gain those all important rating points or obtain their first ever FIDE rating. Players will be placed in groups according to rating / grade so that all the players in a group are of a similar strength.
All of these FIDE rated all play alls are set in the same great hotel as the Gatwick weekend congress.
