A standardplay congress – 5 rounds of 90 + 30 seconds per move

A 7 round rapidplay congress. We will be running Open and Graded sections (possibly two). The time control will be 20 + 10 seconds per move from move 1. All sections will be FIDE rated as well as ECF rated so players must be an ECF Silver Member.
