This established three day, six round Congress consists of three sections, OPEN, MAJOR and MINOR. The Open and Major are FIDE rated. The Minor is ECF graded only and is restricted to players under ECF 125 and to ungraded players who do not have a FIDE rating. The Major is under 1940 FIDE | Entry form
