New membership system

As you may already be aware the Federation is in the process of commissioning a new membership administration system.

Unfortunately transfer of data from the old system to the new one, and fine-tuning the configuration of the new system, has taken rather longer than anticipated. We are confident that once it is operational you will find the new system a great improvement on its predecessor, but there will inevitably be teething problems when ordinary members start using it. We have therefore decided that it is not practicable to open the system for online administration of new memberships and renewals during the British Championships, when our administrative resources are always stretched.

We expect to be sending out renewal notices, which will include the details you need to log on to the new system and links to instructions, around 7th August.

In the meantime, if you require an upgrade to your membership to play in an event please contact the ECF Office on 01424 775222, or if you are at the British Championships in Hull speak to a member of the admin team in the Congress Office.
