Topics – (a) Laws of Chess (including Rapid, Blitz) (b) FIDE Competition Rules and standards of chess equipment (c) System of Games, tie breaks (d) Swiss system and pairing rules (e) Regulations for the rating and the over‐the‐board titles (f) Regulations for the titles of the Arbiters (g) Use of electronic clocks (h) Anti‐cheating guidelines for Arbiters.
