It is with great sadness that we have to announce the death of Andrew Leadbetter following a road traffic accident last Thursday. Andrew was a stalwart of Stafford Chess Club, Staffordshire Chess Association and the MCCU, and was a member of the BCF/ECF Governance Committee for many years. Andrew’s funeral is to be held at St Paul’s Church, Lichfield Road, Stafford at 9.30am on Wednesday 28th September. All welcome.
